Clarification of New Volume (NV) & New Playing Member (NPM)
eLottery Affiliates Blog
We have had several commission qualification related emails to Member Support about the terms of New Player Member (NPM) and the New Volume (NV) requirements for each cycle.
A New Playing Member (NPM) is determined by the date of the Member application. If someone joins e-lottery (for the very first time), within the current business cycle, they will be considered as a New Playing Member (NPM) for that cycle only.
A Member re-activating their dormant account who has not been actively subscribing to any draws for the past 3 “Business Cycles” will be considered within the New Volume (NV) criteria of £20 – but will not be counted as a New Playing Member (NPM) as their original application date will be older than the past 3 Business Cycles.
Example:
You can have one New Playing Member (NPM) who has subscribed any amount – but for this example let’s say 2 weeks, spending £10 in either the UK or the EU draw. NPM has now been achieved. However, there is still a shortfall in New Volume (NV) of £10 as a total of £20 NV is required.
The shortfall of £10 (in this example), can come from either another New Playing Member (NPM) or a Member re-activating their dormant account and re-subscribing to draws with a minimum spend of £10.
So in the example above the one New Playing Member (NPM) has been achieved and also the minimum New Volume (NV) of £20.00.
Any questions/queries relating to the New Commission Criteria should be directed to either your Sponsor or admin@vwdmail.com – a copy of the “New Commission Document” can be located under the “Legal Tab” in your Members Back Office. Please read this document carefully.

New Playing Members (NPM)
eLottery Affiliates Blog
We have noticed that some Affiliates seem to be joining their New Playing Member (NPM) using their own Card Details rather than those of the NPM. Whilst we appreciate that on some occasions this is necessary when a new Member first joins, we would like to see the Registered Card associated with the Registered Member. If this applies to you, please contact your (NPM) to arrange to update their card information as soon as possible.
This will ensure that any payment failure associated to the Member Account will be the responsibility of the Registered Member and not their Sponsor. If you have any questions about this please email admin@vwdmail.com
