Bristolian Winner Has Not Claimed £1 Million Jackpot in The UK National Lottery
One player from Bristol won a jackpot worth more than £1 million in the UK National Lottery draw that took place on Wednesday, December 12. But the owner of the ticket that matched with the winning combination has not come forward and claimed the prize yet. So UK Lotto players from the city are being requested to check their old lottery tickets to find out if the winning ticket can be found and claimed.
The winning combination for the jackpot was 9, 15, 18, 33, 38, 44 and the bonus ball was 16. The winner has a little over six months to claim the jackpot of £1,050,547. The deadline is Monday, June 10, 2013.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life, and would be a great way to start the New Year.”
“We’re urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.”
“Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa – someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune.”
